Dennis M. DeLeo founded and currently serves on the Board of the Venture Jobs Foundation, which began offering low-cost loans and entrepreneurial training in 2017. VJF nurtures small businesses in Rochester's low-middle-income neighborhoods.
Dennis co-founded Trillium Group, LLC — a Rochester-based venture capital and private equity firm. Prior to founding Trillium Group, he worked at Eastman Kodak, where he rose to Vice President and Director of Corporate Commercial Affairs.
He managed a wide range of technology-based transactions, including licensing, business partnerships, acquisitions, patents, and divestiture of technology, products, and businesses.
Denny holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester, a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
